How many of you have been ready to ditch the processed, add in the plants, but have NO idea where to start? A few months ago when I decided to go plant-based, I was SO lost. A bachelors in Nutrition & clueless. I remember walking through Whole Foods, looking down at my cart seeing bananas, peanut butter, & broccoli. "What the heck am I supposed to buy?" Well, it's taken some trial & error (& a few too many wasted pieces of produce lol) but we've definitely got the hang what to have on hand & how to fuel our bodies. Here is our "staples" list- the things that make it easy & possible to whip up quick, nourishing meals. #MomWin.
