Smoothies are such a great & easy way to pack a huge nutrient munch with limited time. Breakfast, lunch, snack- transition from that hot summer sun into cooler fall days with these cozy & refreshing smoothie recipes!

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie (Serves 2):

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries

  • 1 scoop plant based protein (I either use Berry Young Living or Vanilla Sun Warrior)

  • (can sub 1 tbls almond butter for protein powder)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 - 1 C almond milk

  • Blend & enjoy!

Cherry Vanilla Smoothie (Serves 2)

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 c frozen cherries

  • 3 dates

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1oz NingXia Red (if available)

  • 1/2 c coconut milk

  • Top with some raw oats & enjoy!


Pumpkin Spice Smoothie (Serves 2)

  • 3 frozen bananas

  • 1/2c pumpkin puree

  • 1/4c apple sauce

  • 3 dates (OR 1 tbls maple syrup)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie seasoning

  • 1/2c almond milk (or freeze into ice cube trays & use those!

  • Blend & enjoy (with flannel or cardigan on, of course!)

Fall Green Smoothie (Serves 2)

  • 1-2c baby kale/blend

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 pear

  • 1/2c grapes

  • small cut of ginger root

  • 1c coconut milk OR water

  • (add lemon juice if green taste is too much for you)

  • Blend until kale is all mixed in!

Morning Detox (Serves 2)

  • 2 dino kale leafs OR 1c baby kale

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh apples or pears

  • 3 frozen bananas

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • Ginger root (as desired)

  • 1/4 cup parsley (optional but great for health benefits)

  • 1 cup coconut or filtered water or coconut milk

  • OPTIONAL: handful of ice

  • Blend until green are all mixed in & enjoy!
