RAW "Snickers" Energy Bites

Lookin for a date?! Sooo I have a serious sweet tooth (it’s been the hardest part about going mainly plant based) & these give you all that indulgence without the guilt later on! I know it’s not a snickers, but you get the sweet fix with all the added benefits of eating dates- a lasting energy boost, happy digestive system, reduced inflammation, help strengthening your hair skin & nails 🙌🏼 plus a little more mental clarity in those early AM’s.

To make them-
+ 1-1/2 c pitted dates (soaked & drained)
+ 1/2c rolled oats
+ 1T chica seeds
+ 1/4 cup enjoy life choc chips (these are my fav!)
+ 1/3 c peanut butter
+ 1T maple syrup


(Optional-Cacao powder and shredded coconut to roll in afterwards) 
Pulse the dates until they’re a sticky mess in the food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse away. These are next level…I’ve already eaten half of them 🤣
